High Temperature Heating of Nitrogen
For user convenience, the High Temperature Heating of Nitrogen is designed with a built-in Ebara (VSN) controller for temperature and flow control systems, enabling plug-and-play operation and working in conjunction with the Ebara 10" touchscreen OI currently used in other thermal solutions. This association allows the user to adjust, set and monitor the desired temperature parameters locally or remotely through the operator interface.
Hot gas temperature control system that significantly reduces the tool pump drop cycle time (monomer / chamber pump / cleaning) and prevents the formation of corrosive condensates and reactant by-products in the downstream exhaust pipe. It uses inert (N2) gas to heat, dilute, and pressurize various process wastewater. The hot air control system is mainly used for exhaust regulation downstream of the vacuum pump and upstream of the washer rubber.
Designs from: 100 watts – 250,000 watts / 12 volts – 600 volts / Full Sanitary construction / Ultra Pure materials of construction. Incredibly low watt density to ensure stability and maintained efficacy of any working media. Fittings: Sanitary, DIN, VCR, Compression, etc.
