Our Heated Nitrogen Output Kit delivers perfect lead-free solder joints every time.
The system is designed to pump nitrogen from a generator to the weld head while using the ambient temperature of the weld head to heat the nitrogen.
The Heated Nitrogen Output Kit produces 99.9% pure nitrogen from ambient air; reducing ongoing consumable costs. No more large nitrogen supply orders - we've created a compact solution that is now available on all of our robotic welding platforms.

Integrated Nitrogen Output Kit includes: benchtop nitrogen generator, BMT soldering iron and various nitrogen sleeves.
The use of nitrogen can have many effects on lead-free soldering, such as: improved solder wetting, brighter solder joints, longer solder tip life, fewer cleaning cycles and shorter cycle times.
