An "N2 Injection Heater System" refers to a system that heats nitrogen gas (N2) before injecting it into a process, typically used in industrial applications to provide a controlled, heated stream of inert gas for various purposes like diluting other gases, maintaining temperature within a process, or protecting sensitive materials from oxidation; it usually consists of a nitrogen gas source, a heater element to raise the gas temperature, and a precise injection mechanism to deliver the heated nitrogen into the desired location.

Vélios eliminates pump dusting and exhaust gas condensation by keeping mechanical pumps clean and piping free of reagents and reaction byproducts all the way to the gas abatement system. It keeps exhaust gases below the lower flammable limit. Hot N2 heats and dilutes wastewater over a wide process range to meet your semiconductor and industrial process requirements. Its ultra-fast ramp allows it to be used on demand, reducing nitrogen consumption by up to 75%.
Nitrogen gas is widely used due to its inertivity, low reactivity, and ability to create controlled atmospheres. Our injection systems and nitrogen panels are differentiated by being designed for continuous monitoring, efficient use, avoiding losses and having precise control of the fluid.
The N2 Injection Heater System is isolated from the nitrogen supply by a sanitary check valve. The system consists of a mass flow controller and two-way solenoid valve connected to a customer 4-20 mA control signal from a PLC, mounted in a stainless steel NEMA 4 enclosure. The customer nitrogen supply is installed before the high pressure regulating valve. Compression fittings are included for the customer piping between the control panel and the mixing chamber.
