PTFE Coating heater with thermostat is made of satin woven fiberglass cloth coated with polytetrafluoroethylene. It has excellent chemical resistance and temperature exposure resistance. The aluminum layer can reflect more than 90% of the heat. Mainly used in petrochemical, aluminum industry.
PTFE Coating heater with thermostat is usually used as the outer layer of a multi-layer insulation jacket, or directly made into a non-metallic expansion joint. PTFE coated fabric has a unique ability to resist industrial chemicals and extreme temperatures from -70℃ to 300℃. The fabric is easy to sew and flexible enough to adapt to complex shapes. It is oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant, flame-retardant, and has high tensile strength and low elongation. A black anti-static surface can also be provided if required.
Not only are insulation blankets simple to apply, but this removable solution also makes it easy to quickly perform routine inspections and maintenance on existing systems and then replace the blanket.
