PTFE Coating heating

PTFE Coating heating is designed to keep the temperature of the pipeline or machinery as high as possible and to protect the protected object from high temperature in the event of a fire. It is tailor-made with multi-layer fabrics produced by Heaterk. It is composed of multiple layers of high-temperature heat-resistant insulation fabrics. As an insulating layer, these insulating materials can also protect the equipment from flames. The outer surface of the insulation cover is made of silicone-coated fiberglass cloth, which can provide insulation, sealing, flame retardant and other protection. At the same time, the inner layer (the part in contact with the equipment) can choose different fabrics according to different environments. PTFE Coating heating provides the following inner layer fabrics: high silica cloth, vermiculite-coated fiberglass cloth, ceramic fiber cloth, graphite-coated fiberglass cloth. As mentioned above, these materials can withstand maximum temperatures from 600°C to 1960°C and have excellent durability.

Valves are elements present on any installation involving the circulation of gases or liquids. Their main purpose is to regulate and direct the flow and flow of water in these elements, but they present an important drawback in terms of thermal efficiency, since, unlike pipes, valves must be easily accessible and regularly perform maintenance tasks, which leads to the fact that most of the time valves are not covered. Rigid insulation has some advantages such as material costs, but at the same time it is forced to be broken and a new installation is required every time it reaches the protected element. Therefore, in installations where the flow of gases or liquids must be carried out by maintaining a certain operating temperature, valves are one of the largest thermal leaks, reducing the efficiency of the circuit.
