Vertex High Pressure and Temperature Nitrogen Heating

This Vertex High Pressure and Temperature Nitrogen Heating is mainly used for heating pipes. The jacket design is convenient for installation and removal. You can choose a variety of ways to fix the heater, including surface fasteners, bolts, hooks or buttons. Supports temperatures up to 800℃. Can be designed and produced as needed to support complex shapes and narrow pipes.

Ideal for a variety of applications. Cloth heating jackets maximize coverage and efficiency by heating and insulating the complete system to meet your specific needs. Easily install and remove the jacket as needed for your system using durable and reusable hook and loop fasteners to secure the jacket in place.

Advantages and disadvantages

N2 heating temperature is the actual temperature of n2, not the temperature in the exhaust pipe. For the non-n2 control temperature after mixing gas exhaust of n2, the pm cycle is too short, leading to power consumption of the heating jacket.

N2 control temperature is the actual temperature in the exhaust pipe and the exhaust temperature is higher than the traditional mode. The pm cycle could be extended to save power of the heating jacket.

  • Under 180 degrees and 60 flow rates, the temperature of the general type is 40% lower than that of the vortex type.
  • If the HOT N2 of the general type is set to be 180 degrees and the flow rate of 60, the same setting could be realized with the temperature of 135 and flow rate of 30. Besides, its efficiency is higher than the general type.

 

Heating Methods

 

Circulation heaters: These are commonly used, where the nitrogen flows through a heated chamber with elements designed to withstand high pressure.

Immersion heaters: In some cases, heating elements can be directly immersed into the nitrogen stream for efficient heat transfer.

Note: This product requires a temperature controller for safe operation.
