Nitrogen Gas Heater
The Nitrogen Gas Heater is rugged, efficient and pure. Quartz is the only material in contact with the heated gas, preventing particulate addition and contamination. Its reliable, rugged design consists of a large gauge heater element fixed to the outside diameter of each quartz tube, as well as an over-temperature sensor. These heaters are available in a variety of sizes, powers, and single or dual tube configurations. Single or dual tube configurations accommodate a wide range of temperatures and flows. The dual tube configuration allows for high flow rates, almost twice that of the single tube configuration. Flexible controls are also available to monitor and adjust heater element temperature for low flow, intermittent applications. A power regulator can be purchased separately to protect the heater from low no-flow conditions.
The patented heating module on this gas heater features a tri-clamp sanitary fitting that eliminates threads; reducing areas for particle entrapment and potential bacterial growth. Compare this elegant approach to a typical stainless steel heater where screw plugs, threads, bulky flanges and bolts can trap particles. In contrast, the Nitrogen Gas Heater offers a truly sanitary design.
