The wiring steps for silicone rubber heating belts are as follows:
Distinguish power cords and signal cords: First, confirm that the heating plate has four wires, two of which are thicker ones are power cords, and two thinner ones are signal cords. Signal cords have positive and negative poles, and the colored wires are usually positive.
Plug connection: With the groove on the plug facing up, insert the two thick power cords into the corresponding holes accordingly. Note that there are barbs on the copper sheet of the hole to ensure that they are firmly inserted. In the signal line, the positive pole is inserted on the right.
Check the connection: After plugging in, check whether the four wires are firm to ensure that they cannot be easily pulled out, and the positions of the four wires should be consistent with those of the old plug, and the groove direction should also be upward.
