The nitrogen heater mainly consists of the following parts:
The shell: usually made of metal material, with good thermal insulation and high temperature resistance, ensuring the stable operation of the heater.
The heating element: usually a resistance wire or electromagnetic coil, etc., which is provided with electrical energy by an external power supply and converted into thermal energy.
The temperature control system: including temperature sensors, controllers and actuators, etc., is used to monitor and adjust the temperature inside the heater to ensure that the temperature remains within the required range.
The gas inlet and outlet: used to introduce the nitrogen to be heated into the heater and discharge the heated nitrogen.
The electric heating element: such as a stainless steel electric heating tube, installed in the inner cavity of the heater, the inner cavity is designed with a baffle or a guide plate to guide the nitrogen flow path, increase the contact time between the gas and the heating element, and ensure uniform heating of the nitrogen.
The insulating and heat conducting medium: such as magnesium oxide powder, filled in the heating tube. When the current passes through the resistance wire, the heat generated is transferred to the tube wall through the magnesium oxide powder, thereby heating the nitrogen.
