Thermocouple Sleeve Installation Method

The installation method of the thermocouple sleeve includes the following steps:

Insert the sleeve: Insert the thermocouple into the sleeve, and then install the sleeve at the detection position.

Fix the sleeve: Use bolts or other fixings to firmly fix the sleeve to the equipment to ensure that the sleeve will not shake or fall off.

Connect the sleeve to the connector: Connect the sleeve to the connector and use the sleeve fixing belt to keep the connector stable. The solder joints of the connector should be as much as possible on the outside for easy maintenance and replacement.

Connect the thermocouple: Connect the thermocouple to the instrument terminal box or direct wiring board.

Check the connection points: Check all connection points and fixing points to ensure that they are intact and tight.
